Camelbak Gambler Backpack Review
This pouch is just big enough for all the little knick-knacks that get lost in a big pouch map, compass, knife, tools, wax, gloves, keys, wallet. I use it regularly for weekend excursions, trips to the gym, and short hikes among other things. It has a low profile design that holds your shovel, avalanche probe, water and other necessities. I still keep it around for when friends want to hike. I had the Osprey brand hydration bladder, which has more bells and whistles, but was hard to open and close. This is not an ultra light weight pack. The HAWG is a prime example of a relatively straightforward bag design executed by a manufacturer to near perfection.

This minimalistic pack is light, bright, and great for medium to long runs and races. While fitted properly, the flasks tend to bounce a bit. This can be remedied by keeping weight in the back, such as extra bars, jackets, etc. The silicone bite valve works without unnecessary twisting or pulling, and the caps screw on without fuss.
The color of the vest, though bright, ensures safety while the reflective tape on both the front and back is an added bonus. Overall a fairly clean, minimalistic-looking pack. More info on the Camelbak page right here. Also, despite the storage available, the Ultra Pro Vest is very, very light. There are also two pockets on either side of the vest, although these are left open and thus probably impractical for keeping items safe and secure.
These side pouches, which connect the back of the pack to the front vest straps, are one of the additions that separate the Ultra Pro Vest from the Circuit Vest. For what they are, they look fine. The two sternum straps fit below and above my chest, although I can imagine that bigger busted women might have difficulty with the unisex fitting here.
While the vest stayed secure even when moving at a fast clip downhill, the Quick Stow Flasks bounced against me and the vest straps rose up when no weight was placed in the back. This pack is pretty ideal for most distances, although for those who prefer running with extra food, headlamps, or gear, it might be too small. The Quick Stow Flasks are a nice concept, and I prefer them over typical hard-plastic bottles. While a bit awkward to fill, the bite valve works well.
И в такие походы в туалет Родион частенько брал это чудо с. He laughed as he thought of his sexual exploits, and the fact that soon, very soon, he'd kill again.judging from the ease and even pride with which public health officials now confess their wrongdoing, it's business as usual. Но всё когда-нибудь заканчивается. Каждая сиська у этой девчонки бесценна, но любоваться ними ты можешь совершенно бесплатно, и получать море удовольствия.
Some other daypacks might have more bells and whistles, but the Camelbak Mule NV comes out ahead. This great hiking daypack is my goto pack for everything outdoors. Some of my buddies have other daypacks, but everyone ends up complimenting me on this great hiking daypack. So I bought and Osprey and used it for a year. More importantly, the the water bladder required a superhuman burst of strength to screw open and closed. I just want to unzip a zipper and not think. This is actually a mountain biking backpack, but I use it for hiking.
The reason why I went with this pack over the Camelback hiking-specific packs is because of of the ventilation system on the back. I was highly skeptical about the promise to keep your back dry, but it does really work, paired with a moisture-wicking top layer, it keeps me extremely comfortable. I had the Osprey brand hydration bladder, which has more bells and whistles, but was hard to open and close.
This one is simple and works. The tube disconnects from the unit for easy cleaning. An added benefit of keeping the pack off your back is that the hydration bladder stays cooler. In general, the water stays cooler much longer than my other packs, and a lot of the online reviews echo this. I actually not only use this pack for day hikes, but also for simple overnighters with my hammock or bivy sack.
There is a big main pocket to put gear, then some smaller zippered and organized pockets for bars, a knife, etc. Compression straps bring it all in and keep it snug. My favorite is a fleece lined pocket on top for sunglasses. I keep my phone there too. This pack is perfect for my uses- biking, camping, even all-day hikes.
I love the expandable storage that stays compact when not in use and can compress gear to keep it small on your back. This pack has an integrated rain cover zippered into the pack. Like I said, simple and easy. I still keep it around for when friends want to hike. No rips, loose seams, nothing. I purchased this bag more as a universal all around smaller backpack. It has performed perfectly.
Many owners can benefit by reviewing the CVSS recommendations following TTA surgery or other advanced plating surgeries ahead of time to see if their lifestyle can accommodate the process and if the decision to pursue this type of surgery is right for them and their pet. Below is the basic premise of instructions, of course certain details may need to be tailored to each individual patient. Followup care is broken down week by week for review and would normally also include prescription dosing and directions as well:.
Please keep your pet in a comfortable, safe indoor location with no free access to stairs for the initial 24 hours following the procedure. Your pet may be groggy for the next few days. Please call us for assistance with any medication adjustments or return for an examination and additional pain medications as needed.
Limited, supervised access to stairs is recommended for 8 weeks. Use baby gates, etc. Please do not allow your pet to run or jump during this restriction period. Thereafter, leg use should steadily improve. Your pet will feel like using the leg normally before the bone is well healed.
Failure to do so can result in serious healing problems. Please look at the incision once daily. Over several days, it should lose redness and swelling.
Problems to call your veterinarian about: Some bruising is normal and will resolve in days. Do not allow your pet to lick or chew the incision as this can compromise the incision and predispose to infection. If necessary, please use an E-collar if you must leave your pet unattended. A bandage may have been applied to the operated limb. The goal of the bandage is to provide pressure to the surgical site to minimize swelling and improve patient comfort for the first few days.
